Common questions
- How do I schedule Eleanor's first call?
- Log in to your dashboard and follow the setup steps — you'll add your loved one's phone number and pick a date and time. Eleanor calls them; they only need to answer.
- What if the storyteller missed the call?
- No problem. You can reschedule directly from your dashboard. Eleanor will call again at the new time.
- How long does it take to receive the printed letter?
- We print and mail the letter the next business day after you approve it. Allow 5–7 business days for delivery by standard mail.
- Can I make changes to the letter draft before it prints?
- Yes — you review and can edit the transcript and letter draft in your dashboard before approving it for printing. Nothing goes to print without your sign-off.
- What packages do you offer?
- We offer memoir packages (Legacy Snapshot, Heritage Year, Deep Archive) and Growing Years packages for capturing a child's early years. See our full pricing on the home page.
